2019 Apex 300bhs roof bubbles

So, while I was washing my roof, I noticed that I have some pretty significant bubbles and air pockets in my roof. While having some other warranty work done, I had the dealership check them, and they said they’re normal and a result of the heat. But, they seem worse to me, and I’ve kept this in covered storage the whole time I’ve owned it.

A couple of questions. First of all, is this normal? Secondly, my one year bumper-to-bumper warranty expired two weeks ago. I do have the email where I expressed my concern to the dealership. It seems that there was also a 10 year roof warranty. Do you think if I continue to have issues this is something that forest river would still cover?

Thanks for your help!

A rubber roof, right? It's probably normal. They do tend to expand and contract.
Is that mildew on your roof? I'd get some Original Murphy's Oil Soap (what our rubber roof manufacturer recommended for our tt) or some rv rubber roof cleaner and conditioner. Those roofs need to be kept clean and conditioned.

It’s a PVC roof from what I understand. It’s a doctor crossflex roof. I used the dicor cleaner but it didn’t get it all off. I may try the Murphy’s oil soap.

I had bubbles on my roof, almost all gone now. I was told to watch for any rips in the bubbles don’t want water leaks. Not had any problems with it.
