259bhss toilet and black tank

Last year one of the kids placed a flushable butt wipe down the toilet. It was nice enough to get stuck in the drain tube causing slow drainage of the tank. I was able to get that cleared and tank empties fast again now. One thing I have noticed is I can see fluids in the bottom or the toilet when the tank is 1/3 full and up. I don't recall being able to see standing water in the past. My concern is maybe another butt wipe is stuck blocking the drain into the black tank. I removed the toilet and ran the toilet wand down there and it didn't make a difference.
Does anyone know what tanks coachmen uses so i can figure out the tank design? I guess it is a void the empty's into the tank as I could rotate the head of the wand about 230 degrees.
