333BHKS outdoor shower/50 amp service location

we just purchased a Coachmen Catalina 333BHKS last week and were baffled by the location of the outdoor shower right next to the 50 amp power supply. Isn't that a hazardous place to locate a water supply? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to safely use the shower without getting electrocuted?

Also, we were surprised that they put an electrical outlet *behind* the sliding door in the bunkroom.

This might be a clever way to curtail water usage :-)

Seriously though, I think the electrical hookup is an external connection that is always exposed to the elements. You should be safe enough using the external shower. I just wouldn't spray water directly in the receptacle or use it to steady yourself while wet.
