360IBL...can somebody tell me what this is?

Have finally decided to utilize the storage under the bed and found this "tube" going from under the bed to the wall at the head of the bed. It looks like there is a hinge here but because the bed doesn't raise up very high, we could not get it to lift up. DH said it appears to be tacked down. Does anybody know what this is? Maybe a protected pathway for electricity for the above the bed lights?

Don't know about the wire but it looks like something is wrong with the floor around the hinge area.

I'll have to look under the bed in my 390. I lifted it up to throw some quilts under and didn't pay much attention.

That is the wiring for the small blue LEDS under the bed slide out so you don't crack your head in the dark. They come on with the porch light switch
