Is that located in an area where something could be dinging against it from the inside? I see this a lot on semi hoods and fenders caused by rocks flying off the wheels from the inside out. It dosnt appear to be caused from the outside.

x2...they were shimming the top section of front caps against collapse in some models. could this be the result of that? maybe some pics showing a larger area surrounding the damaged section...

These are located about 1 foot from the roof(one in the crease and the other just above the C in CHAPPARAL decal and the inside is where the closet would be. It is only on the right side.

I had pretty much the exact same issue. Mine was stress cracks within the gel coat. The dealer did an excellent job with the repairs and no further problems. Good luck with yours.

No issues with mine. only 2 camping trips so far since last October but it sat through one of the worst winters we've had as well in a long time.

I also have a spider web stress crack on my front cap. I haven't let the dealer repair it yet. Please let me know how your repair goes.

Will do, going to factory on August 7 for repair as we are going to attend the frog rally in Goshen.
