AC vents in bedroom

Our 28rls has four AC vents in the bedroom. One on the passenger side works fine, three on the the left side have no air coming out. Left it at my dealer for two weeks and it was supposedly fixed. Bring it home, no change. My fault I guess for not testing it before I left but I took it that they did. I contacted Coachmen and they assured me they most certainly should work. Has anyone else experienced this?

Are those vents for a second AC perhaps?

Thanks for the reply. That was my thought also but I asked Coachmen and he said no, they are from the main unit.
