Apex 239rbs and lithium batteries

Hi all, I am a first time poster on the forums thanks for all the advice you provide. I have owned a 2014 apex coachmen 239rbs for 2 years now and love it. I have a couple of questions hoping to get some advice on

1. My battery is on its way out and I was looking to swap out to lithium batteries - I have seen them on smart batteries and they seem compatible. Why I hear you ask - well I was hoping to do some boon docking and the one battery is not really enough, two lithiums will provide more power without adding to weight. Does anyone have experience with them or with fitting two batteries up front.

2. Roof ladder, do you know whether the back will support a roof ladder or do I need to go portable

Thanks in advance
