Apex Wisight Camera Installation

I bought a backup camera from Amazon and was hoping to use the existing wisight wiring to install. I didn't get the Voyager because I'm not ready to spend $400 just yet. With all of that said, my understanding is that I need to remove the panel on the back, but I can't seem to get it off. I took out the screws, but I don't want to mess up the fiberglass by yanking it off. Anyone have experience getting this off? Is it just a bunch of silicone that is holding it up? Picture for reference.
