Blow out repair—need parts

This pic is my slide extended. You can see the gaping hole going into the interior.

The reason you can see the whole is that the part closing the gap was ripped off during the blowout.

The base is plastic. The 3” piece with 3 screws in it is a slide wiper. The piece is mounted so that the foam insulation meets the slide when it is closed.

The part has 617-TR stamped on it.

Any of you familiar with this part or how to obtain replacements? Dealer was no help
