Caulking behind kitchen faucet in a chaparrel360ibl

For those of you that have a 360ibl it would be good advice to check the caulking behind your kitchen sink. We just bought a 360ibl and was testing out the water system and found our kitchen faucet to not be working (not much pressure) properly so we decided to replace it. We bought a new faucet and removed the old faucet which is not an easy job and found that the caulking for the back board to the counter top was missing behind the faucet which would allow splashed water to drain down behind the cabinet and possibly rot out the wood back there. We also found that the faucet was installed with the name to the back (backwards), which was not the problem, just something we noted. I know it's a new trailer but I wasn't towing it 250 miles for a faucet exchange, cost would have been about the same and we found the caulking missing don't know if the dealer would have.
