Moved thread from the General Community Discussion section to the TTs/5th Wheel section's Coachmen sub-forum since the OP is asking for model-specific information.

I have quite a bit of experience with our 336TSIK. If you don't get specific 370 answers I'd like to help. Are you speaking of the cable connection next to where the water connection is?

No there is one in a cabinet just below the television so im assuming it is an output jack so i ran cable from both jacks of course one at a time. to the tv and then went to menu and channel scan and no channels are found. I turned the switch in the other cabinet on and ran scan for channels again. No channels found.

A couple of questions... is this a new rig? Are you installing a tv? Are you hooked up to cable at a park? (Well, more than a couple of questions.)

Usually the one connection for the tv has a button or switch on it that activates the tv connection and deactivates it when you want to use the cable.

This is a fifth wheel we just bought it and the people that had it didnt know how to use anything so we are left to figure it out ourselves. I am trying to get the winegard that is installed on the roof to pick up local channels, i did find the booster button you push in, it is on the jack plate that has tv and one with sat/aux. what i dont know is the switch in the other cabinet that is a power switch on and off. The winegard is the 360 air.

For troubleshooting lets be specific about cabinets-> the water cabinet (accesible from outside) likely has a panel with multiple satallite connections and one cable connection. For cable Tv of course you need one cable from the park to the cable jack. For antenna, plug nothing in here. Close to the TV cabinet will be an amplifier panel with a TV and Satallite jacks. Connect nothing here--the TV is connected inside this panel (if it's still factory) and the connection runs up behind panels to the TV. On this panel is a push button switch for the antenna amplifier and a light to show if it is on or off. With cable leave it off--for antenna, turn on. Then go to the TV. In settings find a place to select cable or antenna, and then select programing. This is all based on OEM construction of my 2020 Chaparral. If there is a switch marked Winegard it probably does nothing and is not wired--it is a pre-wire for a Windegard ConnecT 2.0 roof top WiFi and cellular antenna that would be added after factory. If this doesn't work it will be time to take stuff apart.
