Coachmen Clipper 17bh Roof

Hello,

I purchased my clipper about a year ago now, I am going to be cleaning it this weekend including the roof. I was wondering if it truly is safe for me to stand on the roof? of course I would put a piece of plywood down to help with the weight.

I am not a small guy... 250+, I know I should take a look at the AC to make sure it is nice and clean...

Have a 17fq, and when I did my roof I stayed off it. I could reach to the middle with the mops so saw no need to tempt fate.
Having said that...at some point I will have to get up there for the same reasons. For now I am just using my leaf blower aimed at the AC openings.

I've got a 17FQ and to be honest I don't know the answer but would love to find out. I'm planning to install a vent cover over the bathroom vent and that may require me climbing on the roof.

I just did that this week ... I set a 8' ladder at the back and ended up crawling around a bit on the roof to get to all sides of the vent... You can feel where there is support to kneel/sit on ..

We used a piece of heavy carpet to avoid damage...
