Coachmen Customer Service

I wanted to say thank you to Ben at Coachmen for a very quick 2 emails and he has a set of cargo keys on the way to me. I've been waiting on my dealer for 3 weeks. I think the only thing I got from my dealer was a good deal.

Coachmen has been amazingly helpful to us. I could not ask for better customer support. Even when I tear up something they have come through every time and always promptly.

I had a few questions when we purchased our Leprechaun last Fall and I emailed the Coachmen contact on their website and I had a reply in hours....not days...hours. I was thoroughly impressed!! I also emailed the parts contact with a question and he also replied within an hour. So far I have been impressed with Coachmen's customer service.

So far I have been very pleased with Coachmen. I asked my dealer about the lack of velwashers over the cab area of my Concord. They scratched their heads and said they would get back to me (yeah right) I emailed Coachmen and had them in hand a week later. Apparently there has been a production change and they no longer put the velwashers over the cab for the privacy curtain. Getting ready to hit them up for a wiring diagram, we shall see how that goes.

I second that. I rapid fired about a half dozen questions to Steve at Coachmen. He not only got answers he did so quickly. It is really nice to have support like that.

I'm very satisfied with all my contacts with Coachmen. They were very helpful when we owned a Sportscoach Cross Country motor home and have also been very helpful with our Freedom Express 254 DSX.

Pleased with Coachmen. Added an AC unit to mine when the vents were'nt working in the bedroom. On our second Coachmen after having a good one since 2004.

I also had excellent customer service with them. I broke one of of the bunkhouse windows on our 2016 29BHS and they sold me a replacement at cost and were super helpful. Now I’m extra careful when I mow the lawn, the mower caught a rock and sent it flying through the window!
