Coachmen Exec email address?

Does anyone have a Coachmen executive's email address or phone number? I was promised a part would be sent to me over a month ago. I'm now getting no responses from Steven Brandenberger when I ask for a tracking number.

The RV dealership I purchased from messed up the board on the back of the TV entertainment center, rending it now impossible to use any inputs to the TV, and if the TV had to be replaced it could not be removed without damaging the cabinet. Mr. Brandenberger promised to ship a new backer board to me directly back on 1/11. He stated it would take 1.5-2 weeks to arrive.

Of course, nothing has arrived, and now he is ignoring my emails asking for a tracking number.

I just want someone to get off their duff and do what they promised. It shouldn't be this hard.

If you Facebook, make a tactful complaint on their FB page. I have found companies generally respond very quickly when you complain on social media.
