Its funny, nearly all recent buyers (last few years) have similar complaints. Not only is the builder skimpy, out of date, incomplete info. The accessory vendors are as bad or worse. My own 2012 purchase experience was that way. The internet helps alot.
I purchased a Coachmen 316 KS in 2003 was a 31' class C and had the best docs I had of 4 units. Came in a fancy 3" ring binder with printed tabs with sheets on all systems. Came with 2" of pamplets and instructions for vendors. For $12.00 I purchased electrical, plumbing, piping etc. diagrams with exact layouts drawn for this unit, almost factory assembly quality with full title blocks of material used. These were drawings done on CAD not sketches.
Those were the days.
