Controller for in wall slide

We have a 2014 coachmen 320bdhs and the in wall kitchen slide will not go out. It starts then kind of stops on one side like its jammed. We have tried for hours to locate the slide motor controller with no success. Any suggestions on where it may be located?

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Know the type of slide installed would help to get a good answer. Assuming you are talking about a schwintek you might close the slide and hold the operating button in the closed position for about 3/5 seconds to allow the motors to sync, same processes when it goes out.

There are tons of Schwintek troubleshooting videos on the Internet. Lippert has a bunch.
My slide controller was located behind a false panel, under the fridge.

Thanks we have watched hours of videos, looked behind every accessible panel, but haven't found it yet. We are very curious to know where others have located their controllers. We are wondering if ours is in the pantry, which we cannot open because the slide is in and will not go out.

My front slide controller was in the furnace ductwork. Try using a camera probe to look in. So look real hard down below. Mine is a 2015 35bh good luck.

I found one of my controllers hidden in a wall in my passthrough. I was looking for the LCI control board (that was also there) using my awning remote and listening for the awning relay click. It now has an access panel.

We found it in a cabinet we couldn't open with the slide in, after calling a repair technician. The contoller is fried, hopefully a new one will fix the issue because replacing the motor will be a challenge due to accessibility. Thank you all so much!

That's how mine is. Not only is the controller access blocked with the slide in but also the fuse/breaker panel.
That became a very big deal when the fuse for slideout power blew, when the slide was in.[emoji34]

This is our 3rd camper and our nicest yet, but I can guarantee that I will be doing a more thorough inspection for things like this if we ever get another one.
