My frameless windows don't leak but I have had two window operators blow out while traveling and have had windows come open. I solved the problem by making a lock to keep the handle from turning. If you crank down to hard you will crack the cast and blow the window operator out.

hmmmm.....what does that look like? Do you have one on every window?

Its nothing special I took a piece of coat hangar bent it to fit the ear of the operator and then fasted it to the side wall. once the window is shut and ready to travel I slip the hangar over the ear so the operator can vibrate open. Both front windows do this I think because of the way the air flow comes around the front of the trailer when traveling at highway speed.

Frameless windows aren’t known for air or water leaks but after 8-10 years the perimeter seal between panes will allow moist air in the void between panes and now it’s cloudy. Nearly impossible to reseal or dry up.
