RVUSA gets the specs from the brochure or from the manufacturer.
BUT the dry weight numbers are fictional. No trailer weighs those numbers when leaves the factory. Usually you use 12-13% of the GVWR to ballpark the loaded tongue weight.
That's one big and heavy TT. Definitely 3/4 ton truck at a minimum.
