Fresh water tank Sanitizer

Hopefully it will be warming up here in Michigan in the near future so I can start thinking about de-winterizing our trailer. I'm interested if anyone has used any of the fresh water tank sanitization products that I see advertised on the web like Thetford 36662 I've been using bleach for years but this product claims to be able to sanitize the tank in about 10 minutes without the smell of bleach. I'd appreciate any feed back

My sister uses it because she DESPISES the odor of bleach. It is actually nothing more than benzalkonium chloride (alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride or ADBAC) which has over a 75 year history in the medical and consumer industries as an antiseptic, preservative, biocide, disinfectant, surfactant, and probably a long list of things I don't remember since my studies. Should work just fine for you, but you should be prepared to probably do more rinsing than a bleach sanitize because of its surfactant properties (think slippery foam).
