Frustrated! Please help with campground cable

Just purchased our 2017 Coachmen Brookstone 395rl. We have good cable at our campground but CANNOT figure out this set-up! I ran the coax to the bottom cable post (1st pic) and finally got cable but only in the bedroom. I turned off the booster under the tv (second pic). In the living room, we have tried everything! Tried wall cable to tv, tv to booster plate, tv to other post pictured. We have it on cable and have scanned channels. When ran thru the window, directly to the tv, the cable works, so it's not the tv. So stinkin' frustrated!!

Try connecting to the Sat connection. On a friends 5er, they were switched.

He stated he did turn off the antenna booster.

I have a Brookstone 395RL and I sure don't have a panel with all the separate areas like the one pictured. Just have Satellite and Antenna/Cable

I'm with Dwayne where ls that connection box at? Mine is under a flip up cover in the water hook up area. That looks like the Master that feeds all the TVs but where are all the cables?

So I looked up 2017 Brookstone and that is the connector box. Did you try hooking directly to the post labeled living room? Once again I assume like most of us the lack of good documentation is frustrating. My Winnebago had a thick owners manual that I could sort out almost any issue with and a simple box that I pushed a button to change between cable and air. Curious as to the answer with this. Behind a partition in my bay is a spaghetti of wires that makes my head hurt but given the quality issues I have experienced it wouldn't surprise me if something isn't connected.
