Ground Control 3.0 motor disconnect

At the end of the first trip of this season (our 3rd) with our Coachmen QSMB 390 5th wheel the right rear jack retracted apparently fully but the motor continued to run. Back at home the motor runs but the jack doesnít extend. It also doesnít extend manually. Whatís the solution?

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. From your description I think the only thing you can do is remove the jack and see if there is a shear pin inside the gear box that may have sheared because of a limit switch not working. If it is still under warranty have the dealer replace it.
