LR television mount 360IBL

Trying to figure out how the mounting bracket works, I have nearly ripped the factory Furrion tv off the wall. I can't figure out how to access the back of the television.

Is it supposed to articulate? How do you gain access to all the ports... hdmi, coax, composite etc?

I can feel what appears to be a spring-loaded lever but it doesn't seem to release anything... the tv won't budge.

Has anyone figured it out? Thanks in advance!

Mine lifts off. There are friction devices like grommets that keep it from flying off when you hit a bump.

To get it off rock it side to side (lift bottom left side a little then lift bottom right side, repeat) hang on to it as it lifts off unexpectedly.

Thank you for the suggestion. How much force did you have to use? I couldn't get mine to budge using the L/R rocking motion, using as much force as I felt comfortable.

I did discover where the buttons are, though!

We have a 2015 360IBL. Our TV mount does articulate. There is a chain hanging down behind the TV just a bit to the right from center that when you pull it down it releases the catch so you can move the TV out and/or change the angle of the TV.

I finally figured it out. MY LR tv uses a different mounting bracket from that 'grommet-style' as is in the bedroom. Pictured below is the tv lying face down in front of the metal mounting bracket.

I reached underneath the bottom of the mounted tv to find the TWO spring-loaded clips, circled in yellow. Squeeze both clips - move the lever towards you (and the back of the tv).

Holding the clips, gently pull the bottom of the tv outward - towards you. The bottom of the tv will swing free. The tv can now be lifted up and off.

Like everything, it's dead easy when you know how!!
