Parker axels missing brake adjuster plugs?

Brand new 2021 Apex 290 BHS. NOticed over the weekend the brake backing plates on all four wheels are missing both brake adjuster hole plugs - the little oval rubber ones? Is there a legitimate reason why? Was the guy that installs them out that day?

Those plugs are really not necessary. There are so many ways for dust and water to enter the brake assembly at best they are merely cosmetic

Putting aftermarket plugs in doesn't hurt anything but they also don't help anything.

In reality the brakes themselves generate far more "dirt" than could ever get in through the small adjustment ports.
