Thanks!!

Welcome and congrats!

I have the Rhinoflex. Fits nice and snug in rear bumper. The donut part doesn't fit... I keep that in the tote where I keep the hose support. I also bought the hose extension (I think 10'?)... And needed it for the first time in 2-years this past weekend. I store it in the other end of the bumper.

Any of you guys using the Prodigy P2 brake control? And if so, what setting are you using? I tried to adjust mine this weekend and I'm up to 6.5 and it still hasn't locked up. I also have the boost set at b1.

X3 on the Prodigy, ours is under dash and hard to see. We got grabbed a couple times testing in the lot at PDI, but have since figured it out. Ours has the light indicator we can see, it goes into the orange when operating properly for us. Makes a very pleasant tow compared to the ol popup pushing on us.

Be careful... The "potential" turns to "current" very suddenly. Hahaha.

Welcome from Happy Valley, PA!

Yes our plan to just look and buy at the end of summer turned into finding the perfect trailer and planning to buy in 3 weeks, but today our TV started leaking power steering fluid so it might be a sign to slow down.

Cableman... how exactly did you remove your stereo? I think you said to remove the screws, but i don't see any to remove, unless i just overlooked them? Did you pop off the faceplate somehow and find the screws? The speaker thing is really bugging me... i want to rewire it so that the speaker closest to the bunks can be dedicated... so if the kids want to watch TV from their bed, they can do that without blasting the TV throughout the camper.

I was wondering if you've checked out the Rockwood Mini Lites? We had a 2306 before this Apex and we really enjoyed it... here's a link to a similar model to the 235BHS. I think if we had purchased it instead of the 2306, we would probably still have it. I didn't have the TV to pull it back then, however. The murphy bed is such a great feature.

That is a great model, and I love the Murphy bed too, the weight was a tad bit too close to our max capacity with the Dakota. But now our Dakota needs some work done and my husband has me pricing an F150 with Ecoboost. We then could tow bigger, but now our budget is maxed out. There are two Apex models at a local dealer that have been sitting for 10 months on the lot and I think I can get a great price on one. In the end we may have no money left over for camping expenses!

Just wondering if your guys apex frame welds look like these also? Looks a tad porous to me but im sure fine. Im gonna run a bead of black dap across upper and lower outer sides just to keep them from rusting so quick.

We'll check and see ours on our next stop by storage. It does look thin.
