Power Solera 20' awning resolve and issue

Had an issue with our Power Solera 20' awning not retracting into the front (drive end) home position.
Found the bolt on the rear pitch adjust too loose. When retracting it would drop when the front stayed straight creating an uneven wind and grinding noise about 5' before closed position.
I tightened the pitch bolt to where it would not drop and still easily change the awning pitch for rain.
Rolls up nice and into home position now but once in a while I still hear the grinding noise at about 5' (noise stops about 2' after) before closing. If the noise was always there when retracting I think I could find the problem but being intermittent I'm struggling.
RV is always level before opening and closing the awning. Do not open in the wind and close when wind picks up.
