Puncture in exterior of overhead cab

Recent rainstorm brought down a large pine tree on top of our RV. We had relatively little damage except for a couple of smallish puncture holes in the rubber roof, but the one that concerns us is the puncture on the overhead cab. I have been scouring the posts and the library for suggestions for repair but not finding a lot. I have attached 4 photos. The 4th one is the best shot of the puncture we are concerned about.

Take lots of pictures, call your insurance company. Ensure it is protected from the elements until the adjuster looks at it unless insurance says different. They may adjust it with just pictures.
For permanent fix if you do not want to go through insurance, just use Eternabond.

Clean it and use some eterna bond tape. Or you could use some caulk.

I had a similar problem on my 5th wheel. I used Flex tape to cover the hole. It worked really well, it’s very sticky

Had a hole in my 5th wheels rubber roof. Used EternaBond tape. Then coated the whole roof with Heng's rubber roof coating.

Eterna bond for the roof. Clean well before applying and use the EPDM sealer around the edges. It will last the life of the trailer. On the cap use Marine Tex epoxy. Comes in white. It will also outlast the trailer.

X2
Contact your insurance (before permanently covering the punctures) and/or the insurance of the place it is parked if seasonal/permanent/storage.

Clean well (photos show your roof needs cleaned anyway) and then use Eternabond.
Once you install Eternabond correctly, you won't be able to remove it so use Gorilla tape or something that will keep the rain out until you get approval to repair.

Flex Tape (the stuff as seen on TV) indicates on their packaging it is not intended for permanent repairs.
