Rack

Any have information on a rack for the back of a 5 th wheel to hold one or two mopeds. Is it possible and safe to do?

Depends on the 5th wheel and its frame construction.
But since you didn't post any information on what year, make and model number of 5th wheel you have nor have that information listed in your profile or signature, makes it hard to answer your questions.

Not all the racks suitable for pickups and large SUVs work well with trailers.

Structural issues aside adding weight to the end of a long pendulum -- the rear of a trailer -- increases the inertia and allows wider swings. Think of this as harder to control trailer sway and probably easier to induce sway. 400-600 additional pounds?

Hopefully alternatives will be forthcoming.
