Question Rear couch/bed removal in 21RD

I am going to be installing a hard-wired surge protector beneath the rear couch/bed in our new 21RD. I was able to get the bed to stay in a half-opened position long enough to confirm space for the protector. Does anyone know if it is a simple enough job to completely remove the bed frame so that I can work in over the top instead of lying on the floor and working up over the front wall? I am guessing it is not too bad but would like some confirmation. At least it is just my DW and me so if I get it out and not back in there is some grace period.

I should not have concerned myself so much with this. The lower portion of the bunk/couch came off after I removed four 3/8" flange nuts (just holding it up by myself was fun). Got the surge protector mounted and wired in. Now I decided to get rid of the mouse hole and install a fixed connector and go with a removable cord.
