Residential Fridge help

Yesterday we picked up our Encounter 36BH and so far we love it. We traded in a Freelander 3150SS that we had for about 7 years.
We are on our way back to Tennessee from Florida and we are having a couple of problems that we are hoping the forum can help us. BTW, we had a very good PDI and we felt comfortable.
For the problems...there is no water from the dispenser on the Whirlpool fridge. There is probably a shut off valve somewhere but I cannot find it. Does anybody know where it might be? Secondly, we have no cable to the TVs. The switch is in Park position and the blue light is off. No cable in a park last night and none tonight in a different park. Antenna channels come in fine. It is probably a missed connection somewhere and I think most are behind the main TV. I'll be pulling out the TV to check when we get home but does anybody have any better ideas?

Found the water problem. The cold water line to the kitchen sink has a tee with a shutoff that supplies water to the fridge. Had to remove the drawer under the stove to get to it. We now have ice and water. Still no park cable. Removed the main TV and found nothing behind it other than the connections going to it.
