Shower drain leaking

Chaparral 295x
Water leaking from below the drain, I can see it from the pass-through. Took it to the dealer once already and they didn't fix it. It's back there again, they are saying it might need additional structure to keep the shower pan from flexing. does that make any sense to anyone?

Yes. Those shower pans don't support much weight. In fact, some people with showers that have a seat in them have had the pans crack at the base of the seat.
