Skirting a trailer

I have a 2017 Catalina 291QBX. I live in it FT. I just got a permanent RV space and want to know if I should put skirting around it to help stop the cold. Also can I put insulation under the slide that is in the living room? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I'm a widow living with my 2 little fur babies.

For your location, I would think a skirting might work to keep the wind from under the TT. You can also use insulation boards behind the skirting. All your outside pipes should be insulated and heated.
