TV and antennae

2011 Catalina 24 fbs
Can someone explain how the tv antennae works on the TT
I've hooked to cable on the side and got stations but haven't been able to get the ant to work in the bedroom or the dinette

Need to turn on amplifier ( small button on wall plate next to where cable runs from TV to wall). Then put the TV into air mode and from menu run a scan for available channels. To watch cable, you need to turn off the amp button and rescan in cable mode.

Press the little black button in.

Look for the light to come on and then rescan.

Turn it off when on cable.

As stated, it's either all jacks are cable or all jacks are antenna based on whether that button is pushed (green light on for antenna). I had this same issue.. tried to figure out why I couldn't get the cable working throughout my camper and happened to check in a cubby next to my stereo system and noticed the green light on... shut it off and instant cable everywhere.

Not sure how that was turned on as I've never used the antenna unless something bumped it on accident or one of my kids played with it.
