What is this thing called?

The faucet in my kitchen sink has a lot of calcium build up in it. I absolutely cannot get it clean. Can anyone tell me exactly what this assembly is called so I can order a new one? Thanks for helping a lady out Click image for larger version

Aerator. Yep. Dime a dozen. And no matter how clean you get them, you will end up replacing it. Since you've already got it off and apart, replace it. Buy a few extra. You will need them. You will not beat the crud. It will defeat you.

Cleaning Aerator

Hello All,
I use CLR (full strength) to soak the parts on both RV & home units. After soaking use an old toothbrush to scrub. Since I use an external filter anode grit will plugs these up as well...
Found that cleaning 2-3 times a season keeps them working great.
All the best!

Note: The ring looking thingy is, should be, the part that screws onto the faucet arm. Look closely around the outer edge of this ring and there should be some numbers, most likely starting with "A". This is the I.D. for the size and amount of flow of this aerator.

I clean parts for espresso machines, try citric acid. Works like a charm.

If you want a new one, go to Home Depot. It will be a LOT cheaper than getting one from an RV dealer.
