Took table legs off and installed folding shelf brackets for a fold down table. Have 2 folding chairs so wife and I can eat by the window.

That’s nice. My table is in the basement of my house we use TV trays. Did you use regular hardware for a small folding shelf? Do you have picks of underneath?

I had thought about doing a bar top project something like this with a folding top and we would pull up folding chairs to sit at and look out window.

I used 1x3 poplar boards screwed to the wall studs with drywall screws. Then attached the 20" folding shelf brackets to those. I positioned the top on brackets and marked holes and attached with screws that came with table. I decided to use a 1" dowel rod with rubber end caps to hold up the outer edge of table when using. It has worked out great for us. Adds some counter space when working in kitchen area

Finally added shutoff valves on low points, and change the shutoff on fresh water to bigger one.

Replaced the seal on the rear garage door. I got tired of the I’ll designed seal that manufacture installed. With movement it keep coming off.
