Double bunks

Our Puma toy hauler has double rear bunks and I need a bit more head room for our Polaris RZR that we’re picking up next week. I removed the lower bed, real easy but here’s my ?!
I want the existing upper bunk when lowered to go all the way down and stop at the original lower bunk location when all the way down. Will not have to use the ladder and bed can be used to sit on also. I know there is a stop somewhere that can be removed or relocated.TIA

I haven't actually looked at your specific system however something you might try. Place the top bunk in the original lower position and then try to raise it and see if it doesn't go all the way up. This is a wag on my part good luck let the forum know how things work out.
