Looking at a 373QSI or 384FQS

Hello all! Looking at a toy hauler and Puma seems to be the most popular trailer up here. For the price, it's not hard to see why! I've been looking at used Raptors and Fuzions but those in my price range are the same as a brand new Unleashed.

Anyway back to that. New unit must have a rear patio and be 4 season liveable. I may be staying in it during the school year ( I'm a teacher) than going on vacations over the summer and weekend trips in the fall. I don't see that option on their website but have seen a few on eBay brand new with the patio. Is this a dealer-only option? Any options on the trailer to avoid?

This will be my first 5er but I've camped all my life. Family had 4 motor homes, the last being a Coachman Catalina class A. Wife and I are starting a family soon and we figure camping is a great way to see the country and have our own space.

We also have a 373QSI, 0 problems so far other than a few minor picky on my part things when we received it. We are currently on our second trip with it and will be in it for the next week.
