Do you get sway at 55 mph? Also what trailer tires and load range? Put maximum load range that will fit.

Unable ro remove sway in TH

To me it sounds like there is just not enough weight in the front of the trailer. Especially with a nearly 2000lb toy in the back. That’s a lot of weight behind the axles. I would fill up the fresh water tank and stuff a bunch of stuff in the front of the trailer and go for some test runs. Also perhaps your trailer is a bit nose high on the hitch perhaps???

Unrelated to your sway issue, but a lot of folks here would recommend replacing the castle rock tires ASAP.
Me included.

Pin pointing the problem is as simple as Google can make it. Fix your physical weight distribution, a WDH just relieves weight from the rear axle -- and the weight at the back of the trailer has already made the trailer tongue lighter than it should be for safe towing.

Sway

My 4 point Equaliser hitch worked perfectly. Then on one of our trips, we started getting sway. We found the problem to be the bolts on the hitch needed to be Torqued, after Torqueing everything went back to no sway. If all of the weight is proper torquing may help. I had to buy a digital torque wrench because one of the bolts was over 300 psi. Good luck

At least you know exactly what the problem is. If you fill the freshwater tank will it get you back to the same tongue weight percentage with the RZR in back as you had when empty?

Before buying a $3000 hitch I'd call them and ask if it will stop swaying caused by too little tongue weight. To me that just seems to be an expensive band aid.

Unless you get the tongue weight corrected anything that you do will only be hiding the real problem....

My fresh water tank is about 11 ft. in front of my axles and about 14 ft. from the hitch. Do you think that will help?

Exactly. I bought the make and model due to needing a 13' garage (RZR is.12'6"). This trying to tow this trailer has been a nightmare to the point I just want to park it. Maybe it's just not designed for this much weight. Next new suspension, new tires and still have a 30k piece of junk.

I would try it for sure. I always fill my tank because I like my tank full when I arrive and the trailer just feels like it more planted on the road. I would imagine with the 1900 lbs of weight in the back your water tank was located in front of the axles for a good reason to help offset that. I’d load up your toy, fill the tank and hit the road. Bring tools with so you can pull over and adjust the hitch if need be.

almost everyone says to shift weight up front
filling the fresh water tank will add 300+ pounds to the front which would be an easy and inexpensive test...

then either scale it to get real world numbers on the hitch or build that scale using a bathroom scale described above...

chances are the answer to your dilemma is as easy as doing those two things...

Back your razor into the trailer, if the back end is the end with the engine. Ive had to do this on regular utility trailers to get my tongue weight up.

Let’s go with the second most expensive way of fixing this.
Or let’s go with the most expensive way. Buy a 5 wheel toy hauler and a new truck.

Filling the fresh water tank which he says if forward of the axels might be all it needs.

I recommend that first.

Just maybe because on a 3/4 ton, THAT is the recommended maximum tire pressure!
