Thanks for the reply. The leak is coming from the holes circled in the attached photo.

Are you sure it is 'fresh water'?
Hydraulic fluid (like would be in the plastic reservoir above the holes) is clear liquid. (oil)

I'm not 100% sure. I'll have to check when I get home. I should also mention my levelers don't work ... never have. The leveler controller just blinks all the lights...

Yeah... I suspect you're leaking hydraulic fluid. Maybe from where the pump mounts to the reservoir?

The flashing lights may be an error indication of a low fluid condition.

Do you know where i would fill this fluid and what type of fluid it takes? Is it just a general hydralic fluid that I can get at auto store or something specialized/specific to the RV?

There should be a cap on top of the reservoir but it looks like the way yours is mounted it may be hard to get to. Did you not get a manual or any paperwork for the system? Have to identify exactly what system you have to determine what type of fluid to use, but I believe most use standard ATF (automatic transmission fluid) available at any auto parts store.

Here's the manual for the one that came on my Pursuit.

I got under there today. It's definitely fresh water leak coming from above the hydraulic system you mentioned. Is the fresh water tank located above it? I can't seem to locate the leak source.

Glad it's not a hydraulic system problem. Sorry, I can't help finding your fresh water leak, as your FR3 is laid out differently than my Pursuit (there are no tanks or plumbing anywhere near my pump & reservoir) - will have to hope an FR3 owner more familiar with the layout of your rig chimes in at this point. Good luck!
