2013 Heritage Glen 356QBQ water heater failure

Had to replace the water heater in our trailer this week after I discovered a leak. Ordered my new one and during removal and installation decided to remove the styrofoam from the old one to try and find the leak. Styrofoam was in perfect shape but upon removal a large dent was discovered in the side of the tank. That was where the leak was located along with rust stains. Thing that bothers me most is the Suburban built this with the faulty damaged tank and shipped it out. Anyone else have a similar issue my unit is a SW10DE
