2015 8280WS water, plumbing and winterization valves etc

I have a 2015 8280 that I just took out for a trip this week and eventually found where the filter is located after I took a panel off in the storage container (basement?). I could see the filter and it was the other side of the furnace and impossible to access. How do you get to it? Water lines run up to under the sink in the bathroom that look as though they have some kind of bypass valve that I couldn't turn. I assume that the water heater by pass valves are behind a screen under the kitchen sink. Does anybody have pictures or details of how to access these items. Why dosen't Rockwood provide a half decent manual instead of this useless manual from 2008 and was the same same as I had on my ROO trailer?
