2016 Cherokee 39FK kitchen sink won't drain

We purchased the destination camper from a guy who helped his friend's dad. The dad had the camper set up to be lived in 24/7 in Northern MN. A standard toilet was installed. The front kitchen won't drain. Craig (husband) ran a snake with no luck. It will drain eventually but plug up right away. We need new ideas to figure out where to go next. Snow is going to fly and we don't want busted pipes and lines. Thank you.

Is there an air admittance valve under the sink? It could be stuck closed.
