I need some help if anyone has some advice. I own a 2016 Wildwood Heritage Glen 299RE and I am having trouble with my water system. I have my city water connected to the RV and have running water but my water tank is not feeling up for some reason. Does anyone have any advice on why I am not receiving water into my tank?

Your water tank doesn't fill up from the city water hook up. There is a separate hook up for the water tank. Usually says fresh water hook up.

I feel dumb cause after I posted this I switched the line to the other port and it worked. Thank you for the look out I appreciate it.
