2017 Isata 3 City water fitting seperated

I had my sister using the MH as a guest house for two days. While trying to figure out why the shower tub leaked and water was draining all along the rear of the MH, I drained and dried out everything. When I tried to fasten the hose back to the city water inlet it pulled out of the wall. Still attached to the hose inside the cubbyhole by the bed/slide, but the fitting seems to have come apart. As it is recessed inside a hole, I can't really see how it locks to the outside part. Is this something I can press back together somehow? It would help immensely if I had a photo of the fitting and instructions on installation. I have never used the shower before and only have about 1,000 miles on the MH. If I can repair it myself it would save a long drive to the dealer as well as time. I believe I see where the shower is leaking as there are many gaps where the silicon sealant was placed around the valve plate as well as multiple seams around the door. The nut under the floor drain was also loose.
But I have to repair the city water fitting first.
Can anyone help with this?
Thank you.
(can't edit the title spelling. Separated!
IO pulled the three outer screws & I now see the problem. The clips don't hold the parts together tight enough when the fitting is turned and it pops apart. As it is a cheaply made assembly, I am going to add some epoxy and that should do the trick. Then on to the shower leaks!
