2018 Forrest River 26 DBH
So i accidently left the HTR switch on without tyrning it off at the campground and it was on for a few days...I havent had an opportunity to run water through it to see if it burnt anything out. What is likely the damge I caused?

If you didn't drain the water heater it should be fine
