2020 NOBO 16.2 - Water Pump and Tank Levels quit working

Our water pump and waste tank level indicators recently quit working and I've been trying to trace back the source of the issue. These are all part of the same panel in the bathroom.

The water heater switch still works, but the pump switch and all of the buttons for indicating levels don't light up. I checked all of the fuses, but all were fine. Tried replacing #3 for good measure, but no difference. A multi-meter indicates 12v(ish) across the fuse.

Then I opened up the switch/button panel and tested the electrical connections there as well. The heater switch shows voltage when it's on, but the pump switch does not. There is also a little circuit board in there, but it doesn't appear to be damaged.

Looking at the pump itself, I don't see any other in-line fuse or other issues, it's just not getting any juice.

I'm wondering if that little circuit board is toast, but I'm not sure what else it might be. Anyone have recommendations for other things I might check?

Found the issue.

There's an inline 10A fuse behind the main fuse panel that had blown.
