2021 1910ESP no hot water

First time poster! Hahaha.

I have a 2021 1910ESP. This is my first time trying to use the hot water, and nothing is coming out of the tank. I hit the air purge valve and the tank has hot water in it, but nothing comes out of the faucet or the outdoor shower when I try to use the hot.
What could I be missing?

99% of the post here about this are due to the winterizing valves being closed.

Are you hooked to city/campground water or are you using water from the fresh water tank using the water pump?

I bet the hot water bypass valve is turned to the closed position due to it being previously winterized.

No, to winterize that valve would be open which is why I asked if he has cold water at the hot faucet side.

Nothing comes out of the hot water tap. At all.

It seems like there is a valve coming from the hot water tank itself that is closed. But I can't find a hot water valve.

Do you know what bypass valves for the WH look like or how they should be configured?

If no water from hot side of faucet, valves are correct and probably a stuck check valve on the back of heater, hot side.

That is not necessarily true. On three valve bypass systems there are isolation valves on both the hot water outlet and cold water inlets to the water heater and a bypass line with a valve in the middle. With that arrangement, if the cold water inlet valve was open and the bypass and hot water outlet valves were closed, the situation would be exactly as described.

That being said, a check valve stuck shut on the hot water outlet side would also cause the exact same scenario described.
