A122 water pump won’t shut off

2019 A122BHESP owner. Water Pump would not shut off -constantly running when switched on- but no water coming out of faucet. Looked at water tank under the camper. On driver side of the tank right by the wheel are 2 valves. The one closest to the rear needs to be turned so the valve handle is facing the rear of the camper (closed position). The one closest to the front of the camper which actually drains the system (at least in my camper) should have the valve handle facing the front of the camper (also closed position). Doing this immediately solved the problem.
