Air in water and pump vibrating when off

We have a 2019 Surveyor Luxury 243RBS and it was working fine until yesterday. The tank is full and water pressure is fine, but every 3 or 4 seconds we get a blast of air. I thought maybe the valve that lets you suck winterizing goo out of the bottle may have worked its way partly open, but it's fine. I did discover that the pump vibrates even when it cycles off at full pressure (like it's still sort of running, but at low voltage). I suspect that the pressure switch may be bad so the pump never really shuts off, but I can't see how that would result in pulses of air. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this.
