Apex Nano 193bhs - black tank flush

The black tank flush seems to not be working on my camper. If I run water in the inlet, it may flow sporadically, but mostly I don't hear it filling. Second season, and I have used the flush valve with each use. Is this something I can repair myself? Is there any how-to resources out there? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome from New Jersey, There is a vacuum breaker that has a check valve on it, see if you have a access panel near where the hose connects.
