Arctic Wolf 287BH water leaking underbelly

Hi all

We have a 7 month old Arctic Wolf 287BH. Today, one week into our first trip this season, I noticed water dripping from the back left underbelly where the release handle for the back grey water tank is. When I poked around a little I got to a pretty steady steam coming out. Cutting a little bit open I got about a quarter to half a gallon coming out. It’s seems to be done now. The water doesn’t seem to be grey water (certainly not black), but I can’t tell for sure. Anyone else had a similar issue in the past? The only water line I can think of in the back there would the the grey water tank for the kitchen sink, and the outdoor shower is in that vicinity.

Thanks
Peter

Thanks - I did not drive during rain before this happened. I found out in the meantime that we spilled some water (maybe quarter to half a gallon) inside the camper. Some of it ran below the carpet on the slide out and I suspect that the carpet did not catch all of it and some of it made its way into the underbelly. Not sure there are any openings but I guess water always finds its way. I haven't had the same problem for two days now and I will observe next week when we go back on the road. If it happens again, I guess I will have to take it to the shop and have it checked out.

Remove the inspection cover in the front of the base of your shower stall and
feel the insulation under the floor for moisture. Check the nut and gasket under your shower drain for leaking-Good Luck! Mine was soaked-had to cut out large square in underbelly and pull out insulation. If ignored, it will steam up and swell up your flooring.

Found water dripping from underbelly last fall during close-up. Unit was 2 yrs old. Opened up underbelly this spring and found tub drain nut loose and or poor sealant between tub and shower drain. Found main area of wet insulation above thermal foil layer, but also found areas 20 feet away moist between insulation and thermal foil. Not sure if all moisture is due to shower leak or if area does not breathe and condensates at bottom of insulation.
